Each grape variety is vinified separately to express the terroir of La Londe.
Direct pressing. Fermentation of about three weeks between 59°F and 64°F depending on the variety.
Mourvèdre and Grenache are vinified and aged in barrels, the others are aged for 5 months in tanks with thin lees. Blended by tasting.
This vintage with pale pink reflections offers floral aromas, shades of citrus and exotic fruits (mango ...).
You can feel a frank attack and then the richness and the power of the minerality from La Londe terroir.
