The stalks are taken off. A long maceration and then 3 to 4 weeks of fermentation.
Aged 5 months in tanks with thin lees.
Expressive nose with citrus fruits, fresh lemon, going to orange blossoms, amand and honey with some fennel and pepper note.
Feminine mouth with roundness and freshness. Very juicy.
