  • 32 % Cinsault

    Vinification

    The stalks are taken off. Short maceration and then 3 to 4 weeks of fermentation.

    Aged in tank with thin lees. Blended by tasting.

    Tasting commentaries

    Fine nose with white peach and grapefruit and spicy mouth with a good acidity.
